This carefully-crafted coffee is intentionally roasted to emphasize the coffee's brightness and subtle sweetness. This unique brew is just a shade lighter than most medium roasts, resulting in a cup that is less acidic and tart. 
 
Daybreak Blend consists of Peruvian and Ethiopian coffee to create a balanced, sweet morning brew.
