No returns on opened products including coffee and syrups. We take the quality of our products seriously and cannot guarantee the safety and freshness of opened items. Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.

No returns will be made on any handcrafted items such as mugs once the order has been sent as it is out of our hands and in the hands of the post office. Although we take great care in securing and packaging each order to avoid any risk of damage to product, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the post office or any other shipping carrier. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
